Given the recent bout of royal wedding fever, Jordan may be the new up-and-coming destination for honeymoon travel, as reports are surfacing that Prince William and Kate Middleton have plans to visit the country following their nuptials.
Although palace aids refuse to comment on the whereabouts of the royal honeymoon destination in an effort to respect the couple's privacy, Parade Magazine reports that the couple's royal itinerary indicates that they will be in Jordan the week after their wedding.
The news provider reports that the royal couple will be visiting the historic site Petra as well as the valley of Wadi Run, with people speculating that the Prince and his Princess-to-be have already made plans for a week-long tour.
However, the Daily Express reports that Jordan is on a long list of honeymoon destination speculations. According to the news provider, the couple has also looked at the Sicily Isles and the Seychelles. Prince William also reportedly said last month that he may consider honeymooning at Cairns, in Queensland, Australia.
