On my last trip my son ended up with an ear infection and we ended up finding a walk in clinic that took us right away. Otherwise the trip would have resulted in us staying in our room for the week.

Thanks to Travel Guard we were able to cover the costs and were paid immediately upon our return making things a smooth and easy transition, and the paper work was minimal. The money was returned to us within two weeks after sending all the documents to Travel guard. My son also suffers from a heart condition so we never travel without it.
